In the third sage. a series of rational acts in that same cognitive mode, and designed to be linguistically creative in just that sense, is reflexively directed upon prima facie mational action itself, and that action is shown to fulfill the nine conditions. The justification of the fulfillment is appropriate to the foundational mode of knowledge developed in the second stage.
